A beautiful capture - though I prefer the other photos of this series. The location was a smart choice - in that the dull and cold colors immediately draw your eye to the dramatic colors and the heated red of the model and her attire. The patterns of the umbrella and the clothing match beautifully - and the red hair and make up certainly do finish out the image. I don't believe the picture would be quite as interesting if her hair and lips weren't that vibrant scarlet.
Her pose with her body and her prop also work well to accentuate the form of the dress - though I just wish she was a little closer to the camera, which is why I preferred the other images, as the closeness of the model really added to the overall impact of the image. I do wish that the plant obscuring her dress was not in the way, as it is a tad distracting.
Regardless, this photograph is lovely - the make up and attire are very flattering for the model.
I just realized, where do you get all these amazing clothes for your models? Are they on loan, do you make them, do your models own them? They're really incredible and whenever I see clothes like this online they're all pretty pricey.
